Social Poker
Social Poker is an exciting way for users to play the classic game of poker online, competing against other players in a friendly, social setting. Unlike traditional online gambling, Social Poker uses virtual chips that cannot be exchanged for cash or cryptocurrencies, ensuring a legal and fun gaming experience for all participants.
How Does It Work?
Playing Social Poker
- Purchasing Chips: Players can buy poker chips using NEF, the platform's native token. These chips are used to enter games and place bets. You can acquire NEF tokens using Tokens, and poker chips in the Poker Room. Both of these widgets can be accessed via the Terminal.
- No Real Money Value: To comply with applicable laws, poker chips used in Social Poker have no real-world value, meaning they cannot be converted into cash or cryptocurrencies.
- Joining a Table: Users can join various tables in the Poker Room, each catering to a different level of skill and betting size.
- Game Types: Currently just No Limit Texas Hold'em, also known as the "Cadillac of poker". Other types of poker may be added in the future.
- Game Rules: See the Rules section in the Poker Room.
